The reunion in Kentucky was great.  That must have  been the most remote reunion we've ever had.  No cell phone service! A "Long and  Winding Road" to get to the lodge, and 34 attendees.
Next up:  Rhode Island.  We'll be visiting Slater Mill, a National Park Service historic site and claimed to be "the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution".  Then it's on to Coggeshall Farm Museum, a working, 18th cantury farm.

We hold a Matteson Family Reunion for fun and Genealogy every summer in New York, Vermont, Rhode Island and other places.  In attendence are also Mattison, Mathewson, Madison and Mathieson families, all common spelling variations.  We meet with our Matteson cousins, visit historic sites and discuss Matteson ancestry back to Henry "The Immigrant" Matteson and beyond.
